Glenn Martin, Esq.

Vice President and General Counsel, EMHS

Glenn graduated from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine and the University of Michigan Law School in Ann Arbor, Michigan. After graduating law school, he clerked for the Honorable John Feikens, United States District Court, Eastern District of Michigan. Glenn then was in private practice with Hale and Dorr in Boston, Massachusetts. From there, Glenn became an Assistant United States Attorney in the United States Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Michigan, where he was the criminal healthcare fraud coordinator. While there, Glenn received the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services - Office of Inspector General (HHS-OIG) Integrity Award for establishing and implementing the successful Health Care Fraud Task Force that operates to this day, as well as numerous other awards for successful prosecutions. Glenn joined EMHS in 2005 as the chief internal audit & compliance officer, and assumed the general counsel role in 2010.
