Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer

As senior vice president and chief operating officer, Timothy (Tim) is responsible for the administrative direction, evaluation, and coordination of EMHS and its member organizations, ensuring system operations are in alignment with EMHS’ overall goals, objectives, and values.

John Dalton is president of Inland Hospital, a 48-bed community hospital serving the greater Waterville area in central Maine. He was appointed as president of Inland in 2006 and also serves as a senior vice president for EMHS.

Glenn graduated from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine and the University of Michigan Law School in Ann Arbor, Michigan. After graduating law school, he clerked for the Honorable John Feikens, United States District Court, Eastern District of Michigan. Glenn then was in private practice with Hale and Dorr in Boston, Massachusetts.
