Community-wide Emergency Preparedness Drill

6/20/2013

(Bangor, ME) - Please be advised that a community emergency preparedness drill is scheduled for Tuesday, June 25, 2013 at two locations:

Miller Drug, 210 State Street, Bangor

Miller Drug Westgate, EMMC Healthcare Mall, 915 Union Street, Bangor

The drill at both locations will begin promptly at 6:30 am and end at 8:30 am. We are working with departments within the EMMC Healthcare Mall, as well as Miller Drug Westgate to ensure this drill does not affect patient care or customer service.

We do not anticipate that this drill will cause any inconvenience for local businesses. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our Emergency Preparedness Department at 973-4843. We’d be happy to assist you.

Emergency preparedness drills are important in testing the readiness of our community response teams and are crucial in preparing our first responders in the event of an actual emergency.
